Lemony Rose Herbal Tea- This tea is bright and astringent; calming yet uplifting. Enjoy this tea when you need to calm your mind and broaden your perspective.
For the tea: You may use the tea bag or simple pour boiling water over the herbs and strain after steeping for about 10 minutes. The longer you steep, the more nutritive benefits will be infused into the water. Suggested steeping time 5-30 minutes. Reheat after steep if desired.
Flower Bath - Two roses, for soothing and calendula for skin health. Utilize this soaking salt as a foot bath or directly into your bath. Create intention of allowing space for grief, allowing space for love and care for yourself. You may want to utilize the tea bag for this instead of the teas.
Tranquil Babe - This special tincture is made of foraged midwest medicinal plants and 1 homegrown. Blue Vervain and Motherwort are really amazing herbs that allow us to move out of our heads and back into our bodies. These will invite you to shift your relationship to stress if that is what you intend to do. Wild Rose is a support to the emotional and physical heart & anise hyssop encourages empowerment of self and reclamation of ones own embodiment. This may be supportive before bed time, when we’re moving through times of overwhelming grief, if the mind is overactive or when experiencing a heightened state. use with great care and intention. start small and go from there. option to add drops to your water or juice instead of straight into your mouth.
Forest Essence Resin Infused OIl- Move through your day with the support of the spruce trees. When you feel the pull to be in the woods but are unable to be- turn to this oil. This oil will act differently than a perfume oil and is more sampling of the essence of the forest. Use as an all over body oil to help to nourish your nervous system before or after a bath. rub this oil into your hands, inhale the aroma and massage into your neck and shoulders for support of the tall trees. This may be also utilized on a healed cut to assist the process of healing.
Incense of the North- This blend is made of evergreens which are naturally antibacterial making this a cleansing addition to your cleaning routine. An added cleansing tool from the land that we live. Mugwort offers purification and sacredness to your space. You’ll notice pockets of divine spruce resin and alivening wild bergamot. Burn the incense in a fire-proof dish either on a charcoal disc or just as it is.
